Yesterday afternoon, the delegation of George Brown College(GBC), Our partner school in Canada, paid a visit to our campus. The delegation included Mr. Liang Wu, Associate Director of International Centre of George Brown College , Ms Patricia Chorney, Dean of the school for Early Childhood, Mr Nelson Hillier, Principal of Affiliated Lab School of the school for Early Childhood, and some other delegates. Mrs. Lv Hong, Vice Principal of Suzhou Early Childhood Education College(SECEC), received their visit with Mrs Cai Hongyu, director of International Exchange Division, Mr. Zhang Han, director of Preschool Pedagogy Department II , Mrs Guo Jie, director of  Teaching Affairs Department and Mr. Zhang Peng, vice director of Preschool Pedagogy Department I.

Mrs Lv Hong made a brief introduction to the guests, including school history, school mission, curriculum system, campus culture and more. Ms Patricia Chorney also introduced their early childhood school system as well as their early childhood educator credential acceptance requirements in Ontario Canada. Both sides recognized that it has certainly been a friendly relationship for many years and wish to further expand the pathway program upon the common interest in promoting mutual cooperation in the area of education and research. For the next steps, the two schools put forward constructive suggestions and proposals on future cooperation projects such as faculty exchange and summer school for the Chinese students. Both agree to further promote the bilateral friendly relations and cooperation. 

Afterwards, the guests walked around the campus in the company of Ms Cai. The artistic atmosphere on campus and the students’art works were very impressive to the guests. They highly praised our educational objectives on developing student’s artistic accomplishments and ability of appreciations to art.
