Meeting with Students Going Abroad
To reinforce the awareness of overseas students regulation, as well as to readdress the relevant academic requirements, the SECEC Foreign Exchange Division held a meeting on Thursday with the students who are going to depart for Gorge Brown College, Canada for further study in September, together with correspondent teacher from Department 1.
Weeks before the meeting, SECEC Foreign Exchange Division has coordinated with GBC office in Suzhou to help students to confirm their study plan, which is going to attend on-site study (both online and offline classes), provided that the COVID-19 is getting less tensional in Canada. Furthermore, we have discussed with academic instructors in Department 1 of SECEC on how students best settle their last year diploma requirements in SECEC while attending further study in GBC, and upgraded the relevant regulations as well as material requirements.
During the meeting, issues concerning SECEC Management Requirements for Students Studying Abroad at Their Own Expense, as well as the key points students shall consult GBC office in Suzhou before flying, including the date of departure, insurance, vaccination, and academic transcript, have been emphasized by Mrs. Cai. Teacher from Department 1 also mentioned some details concerning internship platform. We sincerely hope students complete their diplomas successfully and smoothly in the coming year(s) and are dedicated to provide consulting as well as affair management services for all students who are interested in international communication.
